Office Manager

• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, dispatching service calls for HVAC technicians, and coordinating appointments.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and timely resolution of issues.
• Oversee administrative functions such as processing invoices, managing customer records, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support financial tasks like accounts receivable and basic payroll assistance.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with various administrative projects as needed to support the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role, preferably within a service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and experience with scheduling or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

HVAC Repair Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Execute water heater installations and repairs.
• Conduct regular system tune-ups and preventative maintenance to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to service calls, providing effective and lasting solutions.
• Explain technical issues and repair options clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and service recommendations.

Qualifications:
